Our client, a multi-national corporation, identified a need for a place where customers, distributors, and employees could come for classroom and hands on training. The site the company chose was inadequate from an infrastructure, aesthetics and functional standpoint.
We identified and selected an architect, construction companies and other vendors to design and build a space to house a fully functional learning center as well as a product showcase. We also worked with the design and build team to reconfigure and ultimately remodel 40,000+ square feet of additional office and meeting space at the location.
